By accessing or using Eagle VPN, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our service.

1. Service Description

Eagle VPN provides VPN configuration services for Sri Lankan internet users — both individual customers and resellers. We provision VLESS/V2Ray configurations that allow users to access the internet securely through a VPN tunnel. Our service is intended for lawful use only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Eagle VPN. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Providing accurate information during registration and order placement

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Eagle VPN only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use our service to:

Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
Transmit, distribute, or store illegal content of any kind
Engage in hacking, unauthorized access, or any malicious activity
Send spam, phishing emails, or conduct fraudulent activities
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals

⚠️ Any violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Payment & Orders

All payments are processed manually via bank transfer or eZCash. Orders are fulfilled after payment is verified by our team. Eagle VPN reserves the right to reject any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued if payment was received.

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following cases:

Your order was rejected after payment was confirmed
The delivered VPN configuration does not work and cannot be resolved within 48 hours

Refunds are not provided for:

Change of mind after a working configuration has been delivered
Service interruptions caused by your ISP or device
Violations of our acceptable use policy

7. Service Availability

Eagle VPN makes no guarantee of 100% uptime. VPN performance depends on your ISP, network conditions, and X-UI server availability. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service quality and notify users of planned downtime.

8. Config Expiry & Renewal

VPN configurations expire at the end of the purchased validity period. It is your responsibility to renew before expiry. Eagle VPN is not responsible for service interruption due to expired configurations.

9. Account Termination

Eagle VPN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate any section of these Terms of Service
Provide false information
Engage in fraudulent payment activity

10. Limitation of Liability

Eagle VPN provides its service "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to loss of data or internet access.

11. Privacy

Your use of Eagle VPN is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Eagle VPN after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
